1. You acknowledge that Alaska Gear Lab is not obligated to develop, manufacture, market, or sell any product based on your gear submission. Alaska Gear Lab reserves the right to review and evaluate each submission at its sole discretion, and to determine whether to pursue development of the idea.

  2. You understand and agree that submitting your idea does not create any confidential or proprietary relationship between you and Alaska Gear Lab. You acknowledge that Alaska Gear Lab may already be working on similar ideas, or may have received similar ideas from other sources.

  3. You acknowledge that Alaska Gear Lab retains all rights to any intellectual property that may be developed as a result of your submission. This includes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

  4. You agree that Alaska Gear Lab may contact you regarding your submission, and that Alaska Gear Lab may use your contact information for marketing or other purposes.

  5. You understand and agree that Alaska Gear Lab is not liable for any damages or expenses that may arise from your submission, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or any other damages or expenses.

  6. You acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.

By submitting your gear development form to Alaska Gear Lab, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not submit your idea to Alaska Gear Lab.
