DISCOVERY: The early stages of an expedition is filled with research into the terrain, weather, environmental features, and gear needed to execute your mission. This is often when you find there is a gap in the gear you need and the gear that is available.

DEVELOPMENT: This gap has led to no other option but DIY gear. The Alaska Gear Lab aims to turn those DIY projects into gear that is highly engineered, rigorously field tested, and built with technical materials designed to withstand the harshest conditions imaginable.

DELIVERY: Once development and field testing are complete we send you the gear as a thank you for your contribution to the success of the outdoor community it is then made available to those with your same needs giving you bragging rights forever.
